  • Shared web hosting packages
  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
  • Dedicated server hosting
  • Trial services (£1 for 7 days on dedicated servers)

3. Account Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Paying all fees associated with your services on time

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software distribution
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Adult content, gambling, or illegal pharmaceuticals (on shared hosting)
  • Resource-intensive activities that negatively impact other users

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

  • All prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds) by default
  • Payment is due in advance for the service period
  • Trial services (£1/7 days) are billed separately from regular services
  • Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services unless stated in our Refund Policy

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss. Backup restoration may incur additional fees.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

  • For violation of these Terms of Service or our AUP
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For fraudulent activity or abuse
  • At our discretion with or without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

cloudesync.host and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. International Customers

Our services are available to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and internationally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
